Perch, is a rooftop bar, lounge and restaurant located atop an ornate 1920s historic bank building, furnished with antique decor that keeps the grandeur of the early 20th century ambience going from the time you enter the lobby to the moment you arrive at 15th floor, where you make your way to a wrap-around terrace that offers sublime 360 views of the City of Angels.

The crowd is diverse and upscale-casual, so there’s no need to get gussied up to the nines, unless you want to. You’ll find girls in the quintessential little black dress with a bevy of fashionistas like her celebrating a special event, as well as groups of friends in jeans grabbing a beer and taking in the view.
