Charlotte Casiraghi has been sitting front row center at every major designer’s runway show since she was a teen, but as the new model du jour for the Gucci Forever Now campaign, the Monaco royal really turned heads at their show in Milan in this sleek & chic eye-catching, yet pared-down-casual, shimmery suit from the spring/summer 2013 collection that nonchalantly channeled a 1970s Ali MacGraw in just the right way to make you want to run out and buy a denim suit.

Meanwhile, in New York …
Do you remember when Emily Blunt’s character in The Devil Wears Prada chastised Anne Hathaway’s character for wearing a knee-length plaid skirt, saying, “I’m sorry, do you have some prior commitment? Some hideous skirt convention you have to go to?” Well, the line was quite funny, but we didn’t really need Emily Blunt to utter the words because it was plain as day to the naked eye that plaid skirts were oh-so-no-way! Yet, after seeing Jessica Alba work this cute 1950s look at the Ralph Lauren show in New York, a plaid skirt can definitely be firmly planted in the realm of fashionable and chic. With or without the leather motorcycle jacket, this adorable outfit goes off without a hitch.
At the Grand Palais in Paris …
Want to go to Paris and sit front row at the Chanel show? Jennifer Lopez’s 4-year-old daughter, Emme, dressed in a tiny CC Logo dress, would probably choose to be dressed in Oshkosh overalls in the sandbox in any old city over the unveiling of the 2013 Chanel spring/summer collection in the City of Lights, but one day she’ll look back on this day fondly – if she can remember it. As for Emme’s mother, Jennifer? Well, she’s always “dressed”… and it’s always sexy, always glam. This little white number is quintessential Jennifer Lopez with her nearly ever-present, yet tastefully low-cut dress top. The dress also highlights her enviable fabulously toned legs, which are like a reminder to everyone else to hit the leg weights at the gym as soon as possible. Jennifer has really learned to dress for her figure, and she now rarely looks anything other than glamorous.

The elaborate showcases of beautiful clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories are surely fun to watch and appreciate, but of all the major players at the world’s different Fashion Week shows, the couture outfits worn by Charlotte, Jessica and Jennifer are the ones to talk about because they can be easily emulated by the everyday woman and can be used for everyday life. You can bet your bottom dollar that J. Crew will have near-exact copies of Charlotte’s & Jessica’s outfits very soon. When spring-wear hits the stores, keep your eye out for a version Jennifer’s dress at BCBG, Zara, Intermix and Bloomingdales.
